GE produced its first curriculum in Jan 2015 after receiving an invitation from Living Dance International to write and produce a Tap curriculum, which would help equip and train teachers and pupils across the globe. 2020 saw the online launch of the GE Jazz curriculum, which will run alongside the current Tap one. Both of these curriculums incorporate Christian values with music used from mostly UK Christian artists who support the work and love to see it progress further.

Individuals with a heart to teach dance can attend seminars to learn the make up behind each genre, how to teach it well, how to encourage one another and how to advance training. Teachers who do not currently have a teaching qualification can acquire credentials by going through the 'Teachers Qualifying Programme' which is made up of various assessments. Teachers are also encouraged to attend further seminars, theory training, and submit further videos of themselves teaching to help them in their development as teachers.

Our online HUB is the latest tool to help teachers advance in their skills and confidence. Each teacher is given a secure password to access footage and support materials suitable for the level they are working towards. The HUB has a £50 per annum subscription fee. The minimum age for individuals to begin their training is 16, with a two year 'probationary period' where they are supported by another more advanced teacher in class.

Our ethos behind the seminars is to 'Equip, Encourage and Empower'. We long to see teachers building in confidence, walking out their identities in Jesus and being a great example to the kids they teach. We aim to teach and train with excellence.
